The Units is the total of the Length x Width. For example, a picture with 20 inches in Length and 30 inches in Width has a total Units of:
20" x 30" = 600.
How does the Units relate with the Cost?
The installation Cost is based on Units x $0.05. Take the same 20" x 30" as an example. It has a total Units of 600. The Cost to install the piciture is 600 x $0.05 = $30.
Do I need to provide any picture hanging hardwares?
No. All necessarry picture hanging hardwares are included in the fees.
Do I pay online or the installer?
You pay online. It is our company policy that installers are not allowed to collect fees from customers. Please inform us immediately if the installer intends to do so.
What if I decide to hang more pictures other than I have ordered?
Please give us a call if you decide to install more pictures other than the ones you have ordered. Our customer service personnel will go over the detail with you and inform our installer to process your new order.
What is the Min. Charge?
The Min. Charge is the basic service charge for our installer to be at your location
